Trex eCCPM Mod : Anti-Rotation Guide

1. Cut a piece of aluminium aprox 10 mm x 20 mm & bend to a right angle.

2. Drill two 2mm holes, just in from the edge on one face.

3. Drill two 2mm holes, 4mm in from the edge on the other face.

4. For the anti-rotation guide  you could use plastic or carbon. I used 0.4 mm carbon plate which you can cut with a knife. It bends forwards and backwards towards the main shaft, but this does not matter as long as it is rigid side to side. I wouldn't use a rigid plastic as this may shatter in a crash, .  I guess you could use plastic like a fuel bottle or an old credit card  ( trial and error ! ).

5. Screw the anti-rotation guide to the aluminium right angle .

6. Position on top of the servo box. Make sure the anti-rotation guide is centred to the roller.

7.  Make sure the anti-rotation guide is centred to the main shaft, If it's not parallel to the main shaft then undo the screws and adjust.

8. When  positioned correctly ( and the screws are not going to hit the servos ) run thin cyno between box and aluminium bracket, this will hold it in place while you drill and screw it. It's easier to take the back screws out and loosen the front two, tipping the box forward .
