Trex eCCPM Mod : Mounting The Servo Box
1. Clip the front two push rods onto the swash plate.
2. Slide the servo box into the frames and clip ball links on the servo arms.
3. Make sure the bottom of the servo box is in line ( parallel ) with the top of the frame and the servo arms are 90 degrees to the main shaft.
4. By sliding the servo box side to side the push rods can be lined up by eye so they are parallel to the main shaft.
TIP If you find this a 'balancing act' then once everything is roughly lined up, the you can use ' blue tack' to secure the swash plate to stop it moving around.
5. Once you are sure the bottom of the servo box is in line ( parallel ) with the top of the frame and the push rods are parallel to the main shaft, carefully drill with a 1.5mm drill through the accessible hole drilling straight through the arm stub at the back of the box.
6. Fasten a screw in place.
7. Repeat on the other side.
8. Now the box is secure ( if you have used 'Blue Tack' this can be removed ) the servo arms / push rods can be removed.
9. Drill and screw the other hole at each side.
10.Remove the servos ( You may have to remove the box first then replace it )
11.Offer the aluminium bracket into the frames up against the bottom of the box. If its a flush fit ( both top and sides) and centered over the hole in the frame, hold the frames upside down and run some thin cyno in the joint between the aluminium and the box. DON'T GET ANY ON THE FRAMES.

12. When dry, remove the box and drill two 1.5mm holes in the existing holes through the aluminium plate into the plastic, then screw two self tapers in and grind the thread of the screw away inside the box.

13. Screw the servos in and push on the servo arms, but again leaving out the retaining screw.
14. Screw the servo box back in place ( two screws either side )
15. Drill a 1.5mm hole through the existing hole in the frame in the aluminium bracket ( each side ) then screw in place.
16. Pop the push rods back on the arms and swash.
